Participants
Participants represent the individuals who take part in your research studies. UserLens provides comprehensive participant management including demographic tracking, session scheduling, status management, and session history recording.
How it works
Each participant record captures essential information: name, email, role(s), usage level, department, experience, and tenure. The usage level field (Active, Occasional, Non-User) enables segment-based task assignment and analysis.
Participants can be added individually or imported in bulk via CSV. Each participant automatically receives a unique ID (P01, P02, etc.) for anonymous reference in reports. The system tracks participant status through their research journey: Invited, Scheduled, In-Progress, Completed, No-Show, or Cancelled.
Session links are generated per participant with configurable expiration. These links provide a secure, unique URL for participants to access their research session.
